When you complete your order, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that we have received your order.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (depending on product availability).

In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you in order to inform us if you wish to complete your order.

The shipment of your orders is done through our trusted partners, either in Melissas S.A. (Transport Center of Greece) or in Epsilon Transport of Thessaloniki (former METEGEP).

Shipping costs may vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items.

Large parcels (roof bars, cargo carriers, bike racks, etc.) have special shipping charges that are automatically calculated by our system upon completion of your purchase.
